Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by both parties. Cancellation Policy: - A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee. - Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of the Service Provider. Repeated cancellations may result in the refusal of future bookings.
